Yesterday, I was scrolling through LinkedIn and stopped on a post.
Post from Norbert Bezzina and Faizan Bin Qaiser a clean, structured workflow for writing content.
And it reminded me of something creators rarely admit:
A workflow doesn’t just save time.
It saves your clarity from getting drowned in overthinking.
Before I built my own system, I used to do what most people do:
Write for an hour
Edit for another hour
Over-polish everything
Delete half of it anyway
Then start from scratch
Not because I lacked ideas.
But because my mind had too many decisions to make.
And too many decisions kill creativity.
Their post was a reminder I needed:
You don’t need more time to create content.
You need fewer choices.
People don’t follow you for perfect systems
They follow you for how your words make them feel.
Systems make you consistent.
Emotion makes you unforgettable.
PS: What’s slowing you down right now, the writing, or the thinking before the writing?

Oh I love this realisation Nadia.
There is a Ted talk out there that says if you want to be creative think inside the box.
And I have always used that theory since.
Don't worry about all the possibilities of 'blue sky'
Give yourself walls and barriers that force you to think differently to get stuff done!
