Most people don’t actually want to learn.
They just want to feel something.
(Preferably not boredom.)
And honestly?
That’s why content flops.
Not because it’s wrong…
but because it feels like a textbook in disguise.
Creators obsess over:
✔ tips
✔ “value”
✔ expertise
✔ frameworks
Basically everything…
except remembering there’s a living, breathing human on the other side
who probably hasn’t slept properly in three years.
People remember:
The post that made them nod
like “finally someone said it.”
The moment they felt understood
without needing therapy.
The story that made them feel seen.
The sentence that punched them in the gut
(in a nice way).
Not the 10 facts they’ll forget
faster than their New Year resolutions.
Content doesn’t fail because the writing is bad.
It fails because the audience feels…
nothing.
(And nothing is the enemy of everything.)
If your words don’t move someone…
They’ll scroll.
They’ll forget.
They’ll find someone who does.
The internet is disrespectfully crowded like that.
Emotion > Information.
That’s how trust is built.
That’s how clients choose you.
That’s how authority grows.
That’s how strangers suddenly think you’re wise.
Not by teaching harder…
but by connecting deeper.
The content that wins?
The content that remembers:
Humans first.
Algorithms second.
Frameworks… maybe someday. 💛
PS: When was the last time a piece of content actually made you feel something?
Tell me. I promise I won’t psychoanalyze you.
