Common Content Creation Mistakes You Can Avoid
(Especially if you're a Founder):
❌ Writing for the algorithm
✅ Write for the human who decides if you matter
❌ Talking AT your audience
✅ Start conversations, don’t deliver monologues
❌ Posting carousels that look pretty but say nothing
✅ Prioritize clarity → then design → then cleverness
❌ Sharing tips with no story
✅ Anchor every insight in a real emotion or experience
❌ Trying to sound “professional.”
✅ Sounds like you people trust humans, not LinkedIn robots
❌ Creating content only when inspired
✅ Build a system → so inspiration becomes a bonus, not a requirement

I love your tips. The first one is something that I have seen a couple of times. Mastering the algorithm will not give you a community. Some tips help, but the main focus should be to optimize for humans, not the machine.
